Tinjauan ini mengkaji berbagai aspek pelvis, termasuk deskripsi anatomi tulang-tulang, sendi, ligamen, dan otot-otot yang membentuk pelvis. Fungsi pelvis dikaji secara mendalam, meliputi peran dalam dukungan dan stabilitas organ internal, mobilitas sendi panggul dan sakroiliaka, proses reproduksi, dan fungsi ekskresi. Selain itu, tinjauan ini menelusuri berbagai penyakit dan kondisi yang dapat memengaruhi pelvis, seperti fraktur pelvis, dislokasi sendi panggul, radang panggul, dan kanker pelvis.
